Therapy Session
Our professionals use individualized approaches, including a number of modalities, to treat a variety of disorders such as depression, general and social anxiety, adjustment disorders, aggression and anger, etc. Play therapy, individual therapy, couple’s therapy, family and group therapy are provided as needed to help our clients achieve autonomy and personal gains based on goals created by the client and professional at the start of the therapeutic relationship. ABA interventions are incorporated into sessions by highly-trained professionals to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Recovery, discovery, resilience, and well-being are promoted in each session for all clients experiencing mental health issues.
 

We offer a different spin on therapy, incorporating ABA, ACT, and CBT interventions and therapies. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) focuses on challenging and changing cognitive thought processes and behaviors, improving the way clients are able to cope with their unwanted thought processes and behaviors. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific and evidence-based approach that addresses specific, unwanted behaviors that are socially significant for change. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an action-oriented approach to treatment that that is derived from behavior therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. With ACT, clients will learn to stop resisting their inner thoughts and feelings, and instead, accept them as appropriate responses to situations that should not present barriers to progress in their lives. At LaughLoveLive Again, clients will work with a team that is qualified to provide these approaches are specialized in their respective fields.

We provide mental health services for children and adults, offering individual and group therapy sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes in length, with the option of 90 minutes for more intensive sessions.
